Main responsibilities:
• Providing legal advice and guidance with a primary focus on commercial and corporate law, real estate law, banking law, as well as litigation practice related to Montenegrin law.
• Preparation of legal advice and work closely with clients on resolving issues.
• Supporting clients in developing projects from inception to commercial operations and beyond.
• Providing legal support on day-to-day matters.
• Corporate housekeeping, as well preparing and reviewing corporate documents.
Requirements:
• Passed Bar exam.
• Experience related to corporate law, real estate, labour law and litigation practice related to Montenegrin law.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem solving skills and strong work ethic.
